Leasing Coordinator

Who you are 

 

You are a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fun, fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. You excel at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously, keeping complex trackers, documentation, and key dates accurate and up to date. With strong coordination and communication skills, you work seamlessly with internal leasing, legal, and real estate teams to ensure lease-related processes are executed efficiently and on time. You take pride in maintaining order, anticipating next steps, and supporting both ongoing operations and ad‑hoc initiatives with precision and accountability. 

 

In this role, you will 

  • Manage Dentalcorp’s lease renewal tracker to ensure key dates and deliverables are met, including extraction of key information from the lease database (Visual Lease) 

  • Coordinate with leasing and legal teams on the drafting and execution of LOI’s, leases, lease amendments, renewal notice letters, and other lease-related documentation 

  • Collection of post-acquisition documentation 

  • Coordination of monthly lease renewal meetings and delivery of subsequent renewal notice letters 

  • Manage landlord insurance certificate requests 

  • Participate in hosting and managing weekly Real Estate Team meetings 

  • Support with ad hoc property and landlord disputes 

  • Support the lease administration team with lease database updates, rental payment inquiries and disputes 

  • Support leasing team with ad-hoc projects, as required 

 

What we’re looking for 

  • Minimum 2 years in a corporate real estate role, preferably with a large, national tenant and/or landlord 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Commerce or other relevant degree 

  • Experience reviewing and interpreting complex lease documents  

  • Excellent time-management, organizational, and administration skills with a high-level of attention to detail 

  • Professional demeanour and outstanding verbal and written communication skills 

  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands independently  

  • Bilingual English/French would be an asset

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 CAD annually. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
