  • Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies, tracking usage and coordinating orders as needed.

  • Support day-to-day office functionality, including printer supplies, shredding services, and facilities-related requests, acting as a liaison with building management.

  • Order, stock, and maintain office kitchens, including beverages, water, and food items for team members.

Administrative Support, Events & Team Collaboration

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, correspondence, scanning, and photocopying, with strong attention to detail.

  • Assist with coordinating in-office meetings, catering, special events, and select offsite events.

  • Participate on the Support Centre Safety Committee and support workplace safety initiatives.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Support Centre while also taking ownership and working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, maintaining a positive, solutions-focused approach.

What we're looking for

  • Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience, with 1–2 years in a reception or administrative role.
