Bilingual Specialist, Practice Integration & Onboarding

As the Bilingual Specialist, Practice Integration & Onboarding, you will lead the transition of newly acquired practices into our network, from Letter of Intent (LOI)  through 90 days post-partnership. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and guide new Partners through a significant transition with structure, clarity, and professionalism.

This role plays a key part in ensuring Partner confidence, operational stability, and long-term success.

In this role, you will

Lead End-to-End Integration Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end integration for new practices, managing timelines, milestones, and multiple concurrent transitions.

  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across Operations, IT, Finance, Payroll, HR, Marketing, and other teams.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Practice Managers and Partners, guiding administrative and operational onboarding with professionalism and credibility.

Drive Change Management & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Support Partners and teams through change by reinforcing clarity, expectations, and timelines.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure coordinated execution.

  • Provide structured status updates to Corporate Development and internal stakeholders.

  • Reinforce ownership and accountability across departments.

Champion Process Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify integration gaps and opportunities to streamline onboarding workflows.

  • Implement enhancements to improve execution and refine tools as systems evolve.

  • Contribute to strengthening and scaling our integration model as we grow.

What we're looking for

  • Fully bilingual (English and French) with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in onboarding, project coordination, operational integration, hospitality, healthcare, customer service leadership, or similar environments.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing expectations.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfort navigating Microsoft Office and multiple technology systems.

  • Experience in dental, healthcare, hospitality, or multi-site operations is considered an asset.

The salary range for this position is $72,000 to $82,000 CAD annually. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
