Our modern facility includes 14 operatories and advanced dental technology, allowing our team to provide comprehensive dental services including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency care. We take pride in delivering high-quality dentistry while ensuring every patient feels comfortable and well cared for.

Schedule:
Monday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Tuesday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
Wednesday: 8:15 am - 4:15pm
Thursday: 11:00am - 7:00pm
Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm

The wage for this Dental Administrator position is $32-$35/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.

Your Role:
Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression
Optimize the daily appointment schedule to ensure full utilization with minimal gaps
Effectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations
Process referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and charts
Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments
Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments, submit insurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive manner
Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment
Perform instrument sterilization and infection control following IPAC standards
Update patient charts and provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
About You:
Minimum 1 year of Dental Administration experience is required
Experience with dental software programs is required
Clinical background is required
Previous dental assisting experience is preferred
